This might sound abstract, but it all comes down to authenticity. As humans, our lives revolve around two things: the relationship you have with yourself and the relationship you have with others. Emotions arise from these relationships. Without emotions, our lives would be colourless and empty. When your approach to living is very real, your emotions will be real too. When you choose authenticity by implementing personal leadership into your life, this will reflect happiness in life that is truly meant for you, in a reality you are consciously creating.
